July 5th 2013 was the best day of my life. It was the day I met my best friend, my soulmate and soon to be wife. Every day since has been better and better. Every time I see her smile, hear her laugh or hold her hand, takes me back to the first time we met, when I fell in love with her at first sight. Asking her to marry me was the easiest decision I ever had to make. And I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her.
When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is, at least that's what I thought when Justin and I first began talking online. We connected almost instantly and as we continued to share with each other it became obvious that we had something special. Sooner than expected we were ready to meet in person and, as it usually happens in my case,we met spontaneously on July 5th. It was a weird Friday afternoon, I was sick with a nasty cough and was sent home from work early. In texting Justin the good news, he responded asking if he could stop by to bring me some chicken noodle soup, I said yes... and that was the end of life as I knew it. No frills, no fancy romantic dinner, no chicken noodle soup either, but that weird Friday afternoon was the best date I've ever had. After two and half years I have grown deeper in love and respect for Justin, and I am so grateful for the joy, love and companionship he continues to bless me with. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with him.
